CONSISTENCY IS KEY!

The standard recommended dose is:

- 1 capsule in the morning

- 1 capsule in the evening

 

For more acute injuries, we have seen great results with adding a 3rd capsule mid-day:

- 1 capsule in the morning

- 1 capsule in the afternoon

- 1 capsule in the evening

 

Follow the increased dosage for 5-7 days then drop down to the standard dose:

- 1 capsule in the morning

- 1 capsule in the evening

 

For higher doses, please consult your healthcare provider.

Orders ship the same day if placed before 12:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), otherwise orders ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after the shipping deadline or on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Orders take 3-5 business days, depending on location.
